The National Three Peaks

The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in each of the highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland. The challenge involves around 25 miles of walking, and 500 miles of driving, and is usually attempted within 24 hours.

The National Three Peaks is often mentioned alongside the Yorkshire Three Peaks - a local challenge in the Yorkshire Dales, taking in Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough, usually within 12 hours.

Register your National Three Peaks Challenge

You can register and record your challenge at threepeakschallenge.net, which provides an information pack to help organise a safe and responsible challenge, and promotes any fundraising you may be doing. We keep a public database of any recorded challenge dates and times, along with photos and journals.
